E: Could not read response to hello message from hook

win10 子系统 wsl 安装的 ubuntu，sudo apt-get install python3 时候出现。

~ # sudo apt-get install python3
E: Could not read response to hello message from hook [ ! -f /usr/bin/snap ] || /usr/bin/snap advise-snap --from-apt 2>/dev/null || true: Success

解决方法：

~ # sudo rm -rf /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20snapd.conf
